This registration is for those interested in coaching a Hereford Rec Lacrosse team this spring season. All Head & Assistant Coaches must complete registration.

Co-Ed Program for 3 and 4 year olds that teaches lacrosse skills through fun simple games. No equipment necessary.

SPIRIT BOYS (Clinic Program for 5-6 year olds) - 2023 Spring Outdoor Lacrosse Season.

Six year olds that played Spirit lacrosse for two years are encouraged to play in the In-House TYKER league this year. All new members registering in the Spirit program will receive a stick from Universal Lacrossse.  Full equipment is required to play and can be purchased from our sponser Universal Lacrosse, located at 200 West Padonia Road, Timonium.  You will receive a 10% discount when you mention Hereford Rec Lacrosse.

SPIRIT GIRLS (Clinic Program for 5-6 year olds) - 2023 Spring Outdoor Lacrosse Season.

Six year olds in 1st Grade are encouraged to play in the In-House PIXIE league this year.  A stick will be provided by Universal Lacrosse to all new members that are registering in the Spirit Girls 2023 program. Players will be required to wear goggles and a mouth guard at all practices and in-house games.  You can purchase equipment at Universal Lacrosse, located at 200 West Padonia Road, Timonium and will receive a 10% discount if you mention the Hereford Rec Lacrosse program.
